Green Olive Slices
From a rich plethora of green olives – typically of the Picholine or the Beldì variety – we obtain our extraordinary product: green olive slices. They vary in colour, from a paler green to a more vibrant and intense one. Our careful quality control assures our customers that all the organoleptic properties of our olives are maintained, leaving untouched the flavour, colour, and a solid, healthy and resistant consistency. We can assure that none of our products, nor any of our added ingredients, include anything deriving from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), ascertaining that our products are healthy and respectful of nature.
The fact that these olives come pre-sliced further aides you in the preparation of fast meals, for those of you whole have a passion for food but maybe not as much time as desired to dedicate to it. They can be added to salads and tomatoes, they can enrich a rice salad, or they can be utilized to make some tasty sauces. And if we want to keep in the spirit of simplicity, but offer you an interesting new dish, we can propose: sea bream baked in wax paper. Just add our delicious sliced green olives, a sprinkle of thyme, some lemon slices and a dash of white wine.
